The Bent Elbow Hotel is open year-round. We recommend booking rooms in advance for our busy summer months. We have a variety of accommodations with double and queen-size beds, private baths, and suites. Our staff can help you make a choice about which room would be best for you and your family. Rates are based on double occupancy.
The Bent Elbow is a non-smoking hotel. We respect the rights of smokers, but appreciate that you do not smoke in the Hotel or your room. If you do smoke in your Hotel room, you will be charged $250 to pay for extra cleaning, painting, etc. Guests are responsible for and required to pay for any damage done to the room and its contents. Sorry, pets cannot be accommodated. Guests that violate our Pet Policy will be charged a $250 cleaning fee and asked to leave the premises.
We reserve the right to hold your credit card information up to 48 hours after your departure, allowing us time to inspect the room you occupied for any damages.
Daily room cleaning is included during your stay, however if further time and effort are required, an additional cleaning fee will be assessed.
Service Animals: We do allow service pets. However, we will need a copy of your pet’s service certificate. There is a $250 cleaning fee as we will have to deep clean the room after your stay to protect future guests that may have allergies to pets.
We are not currently handicapped accessible.
The Bent Elbow is a historic building and does NOT have an elevator. Rooms are access by staircase.
The Bent Elbow does NOT have Air conditioning. Silverton sits at 9,318′ in elevation and rarely does the temperature go into the 80s.
Quiet Hours: 10:00 pm – 8:00 am. You will be issued one warning. After that, you will asked to leave the premises.
DEPOSITS: All reservations require a first night’s deposit, per room.
Keys: If you lose a key, we charge a $35 replacement fee.
Group Bookings: Please call us to make arrangements.
CANCELLATION POLICIES: You will be asked to agree to our Hotel Terms & Conditions before booking a room. We ask that you read the Cancellation Policies below carefully.
All cancellations outside of the 7 days prior to scheduled arrival date will be charged a $25 cancellation fee.
Cancellations made 7 days (or less), prior to your scheduled arrival, forfeit all deposits and the full amount of your entire stay will be charged to your credit card.
We DO NOT accept cancellations by email. Please call us.
HOLIDAY/EVENTS CANCELLATION FEES: 100% PAYMENT FOR ALL RESERVED NIGHTS ARE DUE AT TIME OF BOOKING FOR MAJOR HOLIDAYS AND EVENTS. HOLIDAY PERIODS ARE CHRISTMAS EVE THROUGH NEW YEAR’S EVE, MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND, THE WEEK OF THE 4TH OF JULY, THANKSGIVING WEEKEND (THURSDAY, FRIDAY, AND SATURDAY). NOTE: If you cancel reservations made for any of the holidays or special events listed, you will forfeit all refunds.
NO SHOW: NO REFUND. You will be charged for all nights booked.
* Weather: Inclement weather is not a reason to cancel your reservation. However, if both routes into Silverton are closed, you will receive a refund.
